To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required to process any returns. Please contact our support team before sending your item back to receive return instructions.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product once the original item has been inspected and approved.
